How to Order Online

Ordering Peacock Alley gifts is easy with this simple process.

1) Browse our list of products by using the 'Shop by Designer' or 'Shop by Item' navigation at the top of the page.

2) When you find an item that you are interested in, simply enter a quantity (and choose a color where appropriate) next to the item you want to purchase and click 'add to cart.' For example:

If you made a mistake, don't worry! You will have a chance to make changes later in the process!

3) You may "View" your shopping cart or "Check Out" at any time by clicking the 'view your cart' link to the left or 'checkout' link at the top of the page.

4) Making Changes to your Order

Editing Quantity
You will be taken to a page that lists the products you have selected. If you want to alter the quantity, simply erase the quantity next to the product and enter the new number. Press the 'Edit Quantity' button to refresh the page.

Delete a Product
Simply click the delete button next to the product that you want to delete from your order.

5) Completing the Order

After you have check your order, you have the option to either continue shopping for more Peacock Alley products or check out and complete your order.

If you choose to complete your order, press the 'Complete Order' button at the bottom of the page.
You will be asked for shipping and credit card information using our Secure Shopping Cart. You may print your order from the "Check Out" page and FAX or mail it if you desire. You will receive an E-mail confirmation once your order is received.

Remember that we offer FREE gift wrapping for all products. If you want gift wrapping for your products, please check 'yes' for gift wrapping and be sure to let us know the occasion and gift card message in the "Special Instructions" section.
